Twenty-five students from the Faculty of Agronomy – Lebanese University accompanied by Dr. Dani Obeid, co-founder of “Nahlé”- a startup company that took part in the Acceleration phase of Agrytech program Batch I, visited Berytech Innovation Park in Mar Roukoz recently to learn more about the Agrytech Program.
Students involved in the visit came from different departments such as Plant Production and Protection, Landscape, Food Science and Technology, Agribusiness, Animal Production and Computer Science.
Rami Boujawde, Deputy GM of Berytech, presented the Agrytech program and its different stages. Students were also given a tour around the building to discover the different facilities offered at Berytech.
Part of the visit was also dedicated to discovering the Berytech Fab Lab – a modern lab equipped with the latest in digital fabrication machines allowing several tracks of making capabilities.
